- Open up command prompt (Windows+R and type cmd and hit enter).
- Now, right click title bar of cmd window and choose properties.
- A screen like this will appear:
- Now, go to Colors tab, select the option for which you want to change color and choose color from palette
- We selected screen text and chose black color, chose screen background and chose white color. From Font menu you you can also change the font. After doing changes, just click OK to get new screen.
- You can also change the title bar giving the following command
title <desired name>
