many applications.The same software can do change the wallpaper too. How? Here are the steps:

• Download Windows 8 Start Screen customizer here.
• Now, open the main application, it will look like this:

• Click on Load Picture  and browse the image you want to set as wallpaper.
• Now, click Apply & Save and it`s done!!!
