HOW TO TAKE OWNERSHIP OF REGISTRY IN WINDOWS

Hey friends, hi to all of you. We have already told that how you can take ownership of folders in Windows. Now, if someone needs to edit sensitive Registry setting, he/she must
take ownership. Here are the steps to do it:

• Open Registry Editor (make a run command and type regedit).
• Navigate to the key you want to take ownership of,then Right Click>Permissions....

•  In the permission dialog, click on Add:

• In the Next Window, type your user name and click OK.
• You will see your user name in the Above shown dialog, select it and Check the Full control check box under Allow Box.
• Now you will be able to edit that registry too.
