- A high speed internet connection: We have to download at least 400 MB data.
- A blank CD to burn.
- A disk burning software, like Nero or something of your choice.
So, let`s start:
- First of all download Ophcrack Live CD for Windows XP or Windows Vista/7 (Depending on your OS).
- Now burn it using the disk burning software (We used Nero).
Now, you are ready for next step.
- Now, start your PC and put the CD in drive so that PC boots the CD. If prompted, allow to boot from CD. A screen like this will come up:
Just wait, it will automatically do the rest, it will start loading files and will take upto 5 minutes(Depending on PC performance). Now, when you see this,
Ophcrack is doing it`s job. When completed, from User column, write down user name and from NT pwd, write down password. Now log in to windows easily....We suggest to change password as you can remember easily.
