STEP 1:
First of all open my computer (for shortcut click here)
STEP 2:
Now in address bar copy & paste below link
STEP 3:
Here you'll find a link 'Turn Windows Features On / Off ' on left side. just click on that
STEP 4:
After that you'll get this type of t\screen on your pc.
STEP 5:
Now scroll down for telnet client and telnet server, check the boxes and click on ok.
Thats it , wait for a second & start using your telnet service
